How do I adjust the volume?Keep machine "ON", Open the access panel on the machine. Below is a diagram for the game boards per the number of games on your arcade machine. 412, 750 and 1162 Game Arcade Machines 3000 Game Arcade Machines 60 Game Arcade Machine With the power off, locate the two red buttons on the back of the machine. Turn the power on while holding the right/top red button on the back of the machine. You should see a list of codes on the left side of the screen (if it starts a countdown, you will need to start over because the red button was pressed incorrectly). A page with green, red and blue squares will appear on the machine. Press the right/top red button on the back of the machine to scroll to the menu's last page. If you scroll past the volume page press the Left/Bottom red button on the back of the machine to get back to it. When you get to the volume page, use the joystick to adjust the volume to your liking. (Left for less volume. Right for more volume.) Press the white player one button to save the volume, the screen will read set up ok. Turn the machine off and back on again. The volume level is saved until you choose to change it

Can I adjust the screen to center?The machine turned on open the back panel. For upright machines keys are provided, and for cocktail versions you will need to unscrew the top portion of the back panel. Be careful never to touch the black power supply box when the machine is on. Locate the small circuit board with the light on the end shown in the pictures below. You should see 5 small buttons on the strip. To Auto Adjust: Push button 2 once. Usually the screen will automatically adjust to the correct format. If this does not work you will need to adjust your screen manually. To Manually Position: Push button 4. This will bring up “Main Menu”. Push button 3 twice to scroll to the auto adjust option or push 3 times for positioning. Push button 4 to select. For positioning, use button 3 to scroll between horizontal or vertical. Push button 4 to select. Use buttons 2 and 3 to adjust and then push button 4 to save. Use button 3 to scroll to Exit and push button 4 to select. Push button 4 again to select Exit again.

How do I check the power and VGA cables inside my arcade?*Please make sure that your machine is TURNED OFF before doing any troubleshooting* Sometimes during transit, the cords inside the machine shift or get unplugged due to the vibrations of the delivery truck. Please check the connections of the cords inside. 1. Unscrew the 2 screws on the side of the machine and pull down the wooden panel to access the inside of the machine. 2. Inside the machine, up at the top, there should be 2 cords connected to the base of the monitor. 3. Unplug the black power cord and re-plug it back in. 4. Unplug the VGA cable and re-plug it back in. 5. Locate the gameboard (to the left on the shelf - should be blue or green). Unplug the VGA cable attached to the gameboard and re-plug it back in. 6. There is also a black wiring harness attached to multiple colored wires. Please be careful when unplugging and replugging this piece back in. 7. Close up the access panel on the machine and screw the 2 screws back into place.

How do I switch between free play and coin?*Please make sure that your machine is TURNED OFF before doing any troubleshooting* Standard: With the arcade machine turned off, open the coin door with the provided key and locate 2 small red buttons. The service button is on the left and the test button is on the right. Premium: With the arcade machine turned off, open the coin door with the provided key and locate 2 small red buttons. To the left inside the machine, the test button is the one on top and the service button is on the bottom. 1. Locate the test and service buttons. Turn the machine on. Hold the test button. 2. A list #1-#9 should appear on the screen. Use the Player 1 joystick to scroll down the menu to #7 Coin Settings. Press the 1P start button (white button in front of control panel) to select. 3. Scroll down to #3 Free Play Yes/NO and press the 1 player C button (blue) to change between yes or no. *If on coin play #1 Coin Mode is where you can change the ratio of quarters to game play credits. 4. Save your new settings by pressing the 1P start button (white). Press the 1P A button (red) to continue. It will go back to main list #1-#9. 5. Use the joystick to scroll up to #1 Exit and press the 1P start button (white). This will load the machine to the main game menu screen to begin enjoying your games.

How do I replace the top of a damaged arcade?Removing the top on your cocktail machine 1. Make sure the machine is turned off. 2. Open up the back of the machine by loosening the two screws on the upper back panel. Pull the panel toward you and down. 3. Unplug the power cord and the VGA cord from the front of the monitor. 4. Unscrew the 8 screws on the bottom portion of the corner braces that hold the top onto the machine. 5. Carefully take the top off and set it aside. Installing your new top 1. Place the new top onto the machine making sure that holes for the power cord and VGA cord are facing you while working in the back of the machine. 2. Return the 8 screws to the bottom portion of the corner braces that hold the top onto the machine. 3. Plug the Power cord and VGA cord in. 4. Take the Plexiglas off the old top and attach it to the new one using the corner braces.

How do I replace a gameboard?*Please make sure that your machine is TURNED OFF before doing any troubleshooting* 1. Unscrew the 2 screws on the side of the machine and pull down the wooden panel to access the inside of the machine. 2. Unplug the VGA cable and the wiring harness attached to the gameboard. 3. Unscrew the 4 screws holding down the gameboard to the wooden shelf inside and remove the old gameboard. 4. Place the new gameboard where the old board was positioned. 5. Screw in the 4 screws into the new gameboard to hold it down. 6. Plug in the VGA cable and the wiring harness onto the new gameboard.

How do I replace a monitor?Removing a monitor in a Cocktail machine 1. Make sure the machine is turned off. 2. Open up the back of the machine by loosening the two screws on the upper back panel. Pull the panel toward you and down. 3. Unplug the power cord and the VGA cord from the front of the monitor. 4. Remove the wooden brace that goes underneath the monitor by loosening the four screws holding it in place. 5. Carefully remove the monitor by loosening the four screws in the corners that are holding up the clips and gently pulling down on each corner back and forth a little at a time. If you pull down all at once you will stretch the graphics. There will be four small thin wood or plastic spacers between the monitor clips and the top. Set the spacers and screws aside to be used later. Installing your new monitor Carefully balance new monitor screen side up with the plug for the power cord facing you. Insert it into place making sure the monitor is centered inside the graphics. Replace the four spacers between the clips and the top and screw in each one Insert the wooden brace under the monitor and screw it back in. Plug the Power cord and VGA cord in.

How do I replace a joystick?*Please make sure that your machine is TURNED OFF before doing any troubleshooting* 1. Unscrew the top cherry ball of the joystick and remove along with the black plastic protective piece. 2. Remove the 4 screws on the front of the control panel. 3. Unscrew the 4 screws around the base of the joystick inside of the machine. Lower the joystick base through the hole. 4. Slide the slide connectors off of each corner of the joystick. There will be 2 wires connected to each corner of the joystick, 1 colored wire and 1 black wire. 5. Once the old joystick is removed, you will install the new joystick in reverse. Slide the 2 connectors onto each corner, put the base through the hole, screw in the 4 screws, and put teh black plastic piece and the cherry ball top back on the joystick.
